During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment status anytime through your account dashboard or the carrier’s website.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Carrier or logistical issues
Public holidays or peak seasons
Customs clearance (for international orders)

📦 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
If you realize an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

💬 Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check with neighbors, building security, or your local post office.
Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early).

We’ll assist you in filing a claim or locating your shipment.
