Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your replacement request is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to request a replacement for your current item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or replace your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must still meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned or replaced item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.

Important Note
Acceptance of returned or replaced items depends on the condition of the product. All rights are reserved with the seller. If an order is canceled after shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the total order price.
